The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic and growing team. As a strategic financial leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing financial planning, analysis, and operations, supporting key business decisions, and driving financial excellence. What You Will Do: Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of financial strategies, forecasts, and models to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Provide actionable insights based on financial data. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement across the organization. Capital Strategy: Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Support fundraising efforts and evaluate capital allocation opportunities. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risks, and maintain robust internal controls. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. What You Bring: Experience: Minimum of 7 years in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in fintech, software as a service is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis tools. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail in execution. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven track record of managing teams and working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
