This role involves managing priorities, ensuring execution of key initiatives, and blending executive administration with high-level business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Prep & Execution: Brief the CEO, attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups. Strategic Execution: Prioritize and oversee key initiatives across the organization. Operational Support: Manage communications, workflows, and key relationships. Project Management: Lead special projects, conduct research, and provide strategic insights. Travel Coordination: Ensure seamless logistics and support for domestic/international travel. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and drive solutions for greater efficiency. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism. Ideal Candidate: 7-12+ years in executive support, consulting, banking, private equity, or corporate strategy. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with C-suite executives in high-pressure environments. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Candidates with experience in Acquisitions or Asset Management are encouraged to apply!
