This role requires a strategic thinker and technical executor who will be responsible for managing CRM systems, executing email marketing, launching and evolving automated campaigns, and introducing new workflows to support data integrity and segmentation. This role will manage sales enablement efforts using our CRM systems and will partner with Sales Operations to drive cross-functional partnership between Sales and Marketing. The role also will work closely with Creative Services, Segment Marketing, and IT to ensure on-brand, targeted campaigns and clean technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing CRM platforms and hands-on experience developing and executing automated campaigns. Creativity, a strong attention to detail, customer centricity, and a desire to solve complex problems are important professional attributes for this role. Job Description: This position reports to the North American Director of Marketing Technology. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the Marketing expert and champion for Salesforce CRM. In partnership with Sales Operations and Digital Marketing, ensure data integrity and best practice compliance, and lead efforts to align marketing automation processes to business strategies and goals. Manage all email marketing using Marketing Cloud, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, trigger campaigns, 1:1 emails, and drip campaigns. Use research and customer insights to drive greater personalization and engagement. In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Strategist, launch digital marketing campaigns aligned to key business initiatives. Proactively recommend improvements to drive stronger customer engagement. Partner with global digital teams to drive alignment and best practices for leveraging Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Launch lead qualification efforts and drive SLA alignment with Sales. Partner with Director of Marketing Technology, IT, and Digital Marketing Strategist on data integrity projects, including data mapping, data clean up, and connections between platforms. Support SEO and SEM through keyword research and alignment with Digital Marketing Strategist to drive digital campaigns. Miscellaneous projects as assigned. Desired Skills & Experience: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field. Minimum of five years of hands-on experience working in and managing marketing automation platforms like Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or other platforms required. Direct experience with Marketing Cloud a plus. Experience managing CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite required. Salesforce platform and sales enablement experience preferred. Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a project leader and a member of marketing team and multiple cross-functional project teams. Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, deliver projects within budget and meet tight deadlines.
