What You Will Do Lead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through definition and delivery of transformation projects which may include business process and/or technology implementations. Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of project approach and plans aligned to critical phases of implementation (analyze, design, build, test, deploy). Elicit and define requirements using multiple methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, etc. Manage and implement multiple projects through delegation, coordination, communication, and organization. Ensure that all projects are properly documented, which includes a business case, business requirements, and implementation plan. Manage third party vendor relationships to resource specific development needs. Act as the liaison among the executive committee members, stakeholders, and development team including identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. Support the development of the Enterprise Transformation practice from go-to-market activities to delivery methodology standards and team development. Provide functional expertise based on your specific skills and background. Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community. Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs. Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Value Architect model. Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance. Successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred. Experience managing senior-level client relationships and working across an organization with multiple stakeholders. Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, see the "big picture" as well as the details. Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously. Ability to think creatively to solve problems gained through prior experience. Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication, and highly developed Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Project experience with full lifecycle application development. Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques is a plus. Project/program management certification and/or Agile certification is a plus. Ability to travel as needed and work outside of core business hours for client engagements. The compensation range for this role is $141,530 to $306,640. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
