Senior Network Specialist - Secret Clearance

Piper Companies is looking for a Network/System Administrator to join a government contractor in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD . This role requires the candidate to report onsite and have an active Secret Clearance. Essential Duties of the Network/System Administrator: Install and configure LAN, WAN, and internet systems. Ensure network availability to all system users. Monitor/test website performance. Assist in network analysis, monitoring, coordination, and planning. Qualifications of the Network/System Administrator: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 4 years of relevant technical experience. Sec + certification required. NOC experience preferred. Active Secret clearance required. Must be available for 12pm-8pm shift. Compensation for the Network/System Administrator: $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience). Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays. Client will sponsor upgrade to Top Secret clearance. This job opens for applications on 12/13/24.
