Job Title: HR Generalist Location (city, state): Manhattan, NY Industry: Corporate/ Real Estate Pay: $28-$35 per hour (based on experience) About Our Client: Addison Group is working with a leading corporate client in New York, NY, seeking an HR Generalist to support their HR team in a fast-paced environment. Job Description: This HR Generalist role will focus on HRIS analytics, engagement programming, intern programming, and volunteer program management. The position requires a detail-oriented HR professional who excels in data integrity, process optimization, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Review and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data accuracy. Lead initiatives for intern programming, engagement activities, and volunteer programs. Assist in executing HR programs and managing employee records. Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend efficiency improvements. Assist with employee relation matters and participate in investigations as needed. Qualifications: 3-5 years of corporate HR experience. Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred). Advanced Excel skills are a plus. Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-moving corporate setting. Comfortable working fully on-site with occasional flexibility (office allows up to 6 WFH days/month). Perks: Opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion.
