Summary CTC Group is seeking Expert, Subject Matter Expert (SME), level OSINT/PAI Analysts for a contingent program as well as Language Enabled Journeyman and Expert levels to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.Locations: National Capital Region (NCR) Responsibilities Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments. Requirements Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance Expert Level Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories. Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology. Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level Qualifications Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community. Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience.) Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction. Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology. Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources). Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy. (Language Enabled) Journeyman Level Qualifications All qualifications of OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Journeyman are required. Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government. At the Government's discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement. Pay Information The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
