Repair Technician

Duties & Responsibilities * Repair and/or rebuild Hydra Rig equipment at Hydra Rig facility * Assist with assembly/dis-assembly of injectors and tubing reel swivel * Assist with pre-testing and final testing of equipment * Pre-test, dis-assemble and inspect injectors with minimal guidance from Lead Man * Perform final assembly, verify/adjust injector settings and run/pull test injectors on test power pack with minimal guidance from Lead Man * Assist with keeping work area and facility clean, neat, and organized on a continual basis * Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safety and environmental requirements * Perform other work related duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum 2 years heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience * Minimum 2 years hydraulic experience (either in manufacturing or repair) * Good communication skills * Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends as needed Competitive Benefits (visit for more information about our benefits offerings) * 401K - NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest * Competitive medical plans that cover your entire family (yourself, eligible spouse, and eligible children) as of your first date of hire for as little as $142 per pay period (bi-weekly) * Employees and their spouse enrolled in a medical plan can receive up to $350 (pre-tax) each per year for participating in Choose Well-being Rewards * FREE preventative medical and dental care for the entire family (when enrolled in an NOV medical/dental plan and seeing an in-network physician) * FREE Basic Life and AD&D insurance (for full-time employees) * All regular full-time employees start with 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (prorated based on start date) * All regular full-time employees receive 40 hours of paid sick leave per year (prorated based on start date) * All regular full-time employees receive 11 paid holidays per year
