Plant Operations Technician

The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Plant Operations Technician: * Service HVAC units/systems, including operating weekly tests for emergency generator as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. * Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures. * Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
