Production Supervisor

Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Rockford who is actively looking to hire a qualified individual for a production supervisor/foreman. The ideal candidate will have quality and leadership experience.Benefits:1st shift. Monday - Friday work week.Wage based on experience - starting at $25/hr.10 hour shiftsBenefits eligible when hired inQuarterly profit sharingResponsibilities:Scheduling, assigning, and supervising employees involved in the preparation and painting of products.Prioritizing, overseeing, and executing work orders.Maintaining an inventory of materials, equipment, and tools.Setting up and processing various work stations for employees.Work includes recommending and implementing work procedures and methods.Reviewing and approving a course of action on complex projects.Maintaining documentation in reports and tracking systems.Work is performed independently and reviewed through reports, discussions, and inspections by a higher-level manager.Qualifications:Previous supervisor or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.Previous quality experience is preferred.Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
