Assistant Manager Requires focus and dedication of all FOH organization and service. Functions include but not limited to to the following: * Assist General Manager with management of FOH staff (may include scheduling, hiring, training, etc.) * Helps with duties of other employees (i.e. host, server, support staff) When is necessary * Keeps up to date knowledge of food and beverage items on menu * Supervises staff in terms of guest service, cleaning, and repairing the restaurant * Promotes team spirit, and culture among employees * Guest service, greeting, seating and touching tables during service * Resolves guests complains * Team up with GM, CDC and the rest of the staff members to drive success * Allergens and sanitation policies and procedures
