The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated, and inspiring Assistant Coach for flag football for our high school co-ed team during the 2024-25 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team are encouraged to apply.The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director and will be responsible for assisting with training athletes, preparing them for competition, and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times.Pay is competitive.
