A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Major Responsibilities :Support end-to-end Banking regulatory exam management, including meeting scheduling, organization of document productions, responding to regulatory requests for information, and drafting meeting summaries/minutes.Manage the standing MIS regulatory request process and submit all requested MIS to regulators.Provide support to RAO Team Leaders on regulatory exams and executing assigned tasks on exams.Engage with Business Unit and other key stakeholders to monitor open issues (MRA/MRIAs), remediation activities and key milestones, and issue escalation.Build relationships with all primary regulators and examination staff.Communicate with Tokyo HO stakeholders, including, but not limited to, MUFG Bank Global Planning Division and MUFG Government and Regulatory Affairs Office.Background in regulatory relations and knowledge of heightened regulatory environment.At least 5-7 years' experience in diverse business roles generating roles, program management, audit/compliance, managing staff functions.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.Detail oriented and well organized.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions, and work under tight deadlines.Strong skills in MS office applications.Strong relationship experience with OCC and FRB examiners.The typical base pay range for this role is between $104K - $138K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
