Our vision is to become a one-stop-shop deli solutions platform, leveraging vertical integration and a diverse family of brands to offer a wide array of prepared foods to meet the changing demands of the modern consumer.We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Sr. Director/VP of Technology Strategy who will lead the development, implementation, and management of our organization's technology initiatives with a specific focus on managing and utilizing the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline business processes across different departments. This role will focus on aligning IT strategy with business goals while ensuring SOX compliance, robust cybersecurity measures, efficient systems planning, and the development of resilient business continuity practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of credential controls, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies. The role will report directly to the CFO and has 4 direct reports. This role will be based in either East Rutherford, NJ, or Farmingdale, NY.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & LeadershipDefine the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals, including how NetSuite will be leveraged to optimize operations across different departments.Leading the implementation process of NetSuite, including customization and configuration to fit the company's unique requirements.Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) within NetSuite to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize IT initiatives and allocate resources effectively.Cybersecurity ManagementOversee the development and execution of a robust cybersecurity framework to protect organizational assets.Implement policies and procedures for threat detection, prevention, and incident response.Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Systems Planning and IntegrationLead the implementation process of NetSuite and other IT systems including customization and configuration to fit the company's unique requirements.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the NetSuite system, including data governance policies.Drive user adoption of NetSuite across the organization through training, support, and change management initiatives.Managing integrations between NetSuite and other critical systems like e-commerce platforms, banking and EDI software.Manage future acquisition NetSuite integrations in line with M&A strategy.Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across departments.Monitor system performance and optimize operations to meet evolving business needs.Business Continuity and Disaster RecoveryDesign and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure resilience.Conduct regular risk assessments and update contingency plans as necessary.Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.Credential Controls, SOX and Access ManagementDevelop and enforce policies for credential management and access controls.Implement systems for secure authentication and authorization.Monitor and audit access logs to maintain compliance and security.Infrastructure OversightLead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for IT services and solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a strong focus on strategy development.A thorough understanding of the various modules within NetSuite, including financials, sales, inventory, customer relationship management (CRM), and project management.Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, SOX compliance, IT infrastructure management, and business continuity planning.Proven experience with credential management systems and access control implementation.Strong understanding of systems integration and project management methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications are a plus.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
