The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving pipeline and revenue objectives while ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. This leadership role involves fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture, expanding client relationships, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The SVP will also be accountable for leading a team of Client Executives and Client Success Managers, establishing strategic account plans, and providing executive-level oversight on client issues. Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of experience in client-facing, enterprise account management. The role requires a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, strong financial and strategic planning expertise, and deep knowledge of customer experience operations. Industry expertise in BFSI, Telecom/Media, Retail, Consumer Tech, Utilities, and Travel is essential, as is the ability to stay ahead of market trends and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will be adept at positioning the company as a trusted CX transformation partner and will have the ability to lead the team in developing and executing new CX-driven initiatives to ensure strategic revenue growth.
