Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop part models and process prints in SolidWorks for machining and finishing.Create and update tool lists for new and repeat projects.Document Swiss CNC machine setup and optimize processes.Support Quality Department and assist Sales, Production, Tooling, and Engineering teams.Develop work instructions and utilize ERP systems (Global Shop a plus).Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take on additional projects as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace).3+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience and familiarity with precision measurement tools & quality control.Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred), Microsoft Office proficiency, and problem-solving ability.Hands-on, detail-oriented, adaptable team player with a sense of urgency and a commitment to efficiency.
