Interim Associate General Counsel About the Company Well-respected cyber-security company IndustryComputer & Network Security TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is in need of an Interim, Part-Time Associate General Counsel with a focus on securities, corporate governance, and M&A activities. The successful candidate will be a seasoned corporate attorney with a minimum of 8 years' experience in securities and corporate governance, preferably acquired in a top law firm or corporate environment servicing IT clients. The role involves advising on a range of securities and corporate governance issues, drafting various securities filings, and assisting with board meeting preparation. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a well-respected national law school, be admitted to at least one state bar, and have a strong background in securities law disclosure. Key responsibilities for this position include advising on securities and corporate governance matters, drafting a variety of securities filings, and assisting with the preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings. The candidate should have a proven track record in drafting securities-related legal documentation for M&A transactions and be experienced in preparing and organizing materials for Board meetings. Excellent academic and professional credentials are required, along with a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the field.
