Role description - This is a practice role; candidate will be working on the large DHC projects (RFP/RFI/Proactive) for America region. Location - USA Requirements: Candidate must have 15+ years of experience in data center and hybrid cloud technologies and core IT infrastructure space, preferably designing manage services solutions for large clients. Candidate should have worked on large (50mil +) integrated bids and led solutions end to end. Prior experience supporting American clients will be an advantage. Deep exposure on emerging technologies like infra as a code / gen AI / new ways to delivering manage services / observability etc. Subject Matter expert in key Infrastructure domains like systems, storage, backup, HCI, virtualization technologies, hybrid IT, DR (Disaster Recovery), public/private cloud operations, data center colo solutions, data center transformation and consolidation etc. Experience in the field of virtualization technologies from VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Red Hat and a good knowledge of Cloud computing concepts and building blocks of creating an end-to-end private and public cloud IaaS and PaaS cloud solutions. Must have worked with OEM products solution, sizing, BOM, pricing. Drive innovation in the solution through providing depth and breadth of new generation state of the art initiatives like infra-automation, observability, efficient/new ways of working and Gen AI-led services and products. Collaborate with sales and practice teams as required to bring the best in front of the customers. Required to engage with Wipro customers at business level, understanding objectives and compliance requirements, translating them to technology solutions, writing scope-of-work and creating/presenting technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Drive technical discussions on large to very large bids, spread across service-lines covering RFI / RFP (solution creation / technical proposal response / solutioning and sizing / clients orals and presentation / Cxo's connect / working and aligning with Advisors / lead solution defense / SOW discussions / Commercials / Negotiation / Contracting / Transition and Handover). Work Closely with the account team, leads, bid team in the interactions with the customer executives and managing relationship with the customer's IT team. Qualifications: Transform the pursue process in business value to the customer and drive the deal to the closure. Communication - well spoken and written English language. Good presentations skills. Collaboration and working with internal / external teams. Candidate must be open for travel.
