Domain: Infrastructure-Information Security Management | BS25999 Auditor, Implementation Company: ITL USA Requisition ID: 125945BR Position: Network Security Consultant Infosys is seeking a Network Security Consultant to work for the Cyber Threat Management team. You will be responsible for gathering, compiling, and sharing Threat Intelligence reports. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Required Qualifications: Configure, manage, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including L1, L2, and L3 firewall support, IPS/IDS rules, VPN, and proxy settings. Understanding of basic switching and routing. Implement and manage cloud-based security solutions such as AWS/Azure WAF. Configure and maintain FortiGate proxies for web filtering and application access control. Monitor network traffic and security logs for suspicious activity and potential threats. Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues. Experience with Azure cloud components like WAF, gateways, application services, Azure monitor, key vaults, Sentinel, Endpoints, Defender for cloud (overall). Document network configurations and procedures. Technically strong with problem resolution and Root Cause Analysis; create RCAs as required. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Coordinate with other teams like Network, EUC, and vendor teams to troubleshoot/fix issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
