The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position will assist families seeking support by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center, or in the community. What we offer Competitive compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hourly Additional $1.00 for Spanish bilingual candidates. Fluency will be assessed through a test. $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees after 150 clinical hours worked within 6 months. $600.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees after 300 clinical hours worked within 6 months. Schedule: Monday-Friday between 1:00pm - 8:00pm; Saturdays & Sundays between 9:00am - 8:00pm. Mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away. Role Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes. Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions. Incorporate developmentally appropriate activities and games in alignment with the treatment plan. Consult with case Supervisor on treatment plans and intervention strategies. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Complete all duties assigned by leaders. Must Haves High School Diploma or GED (minimum). Reliable Transportation. Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screening. Ability to lift up to 30lbs while assisting consumers. Must be able to run, bend, sit, and stand for long periods. Nice to haves Empathy and compassion towards the families we support. Maintains professional demeanor and boundaries.
