What you'll be doing day to day As a Facility Manager, supporting the distribution operations at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: Prioritize assignments and projects for the maintenance of the Customer Fulfillment Center, including grounds, silos, conveyors, and other technical components. Create and maintain relationships with vendors and matrix partners. Support Warehouse Operations team in managing the team and processes associated with routine PM of Power Equipment / Forklift Mechanic maintenance. Responsible for securing implementation of maintenance processes, computer systems, technologies, and ways of working in the unit. Provide technical service in the partnership between Safety & Security, Operations, and Operations Support. Secure compliance with Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and maintenance. Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high performing facilities team. Yes PAY: $72,916-$106,068 The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 72916 USD to 106068 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
