The Lead Cybersecurity supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and enforce detailed AppOmni policies to ensure they comply with AT&T's security standards (ASP.S). Oversee and analyze the initial assessment and mitigation plan for existing SaaS applications. Manage requests for new SaaS applications, address audit findings, and thoroughly review the security of all SaaS applications. Provide ongoing support after deployment to maintain continuous security and compliance. Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security. Requires 5-8 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of SaaS cloud platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and Snowflake. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for identifying potential threats. Familiarity with NIST and other security standards. Practical experience managing and securing Workday environments. Ability to conduct security assessments and audits on the Workday platform. Advanced knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security principles. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Cybersecurity. Experience in conducting security audits and assessments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities. Understanding of cloud security architectures, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security. Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided. Dallas, Texas is the preferred location.
