This role requires hands-on experience in SAP Build (Low code/No code and extensibility), SAP Build WorkZone, and the ability to design scalable, secure applications. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate across teams, manage project deliverables, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on SAP BTP, leveraging SAP Build Low code/No code, S/4 Extensibility, and Business Build WorkZone to create efficient and scalable solutions. Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet client needs. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices, successful project execution, and high-quality deliverables. Integration and Troubleshooting: Develop integration solutions to connect SAP BTP applications with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality and reliability. Stakeholder Collaboration and Deployment: Engage with stakeholders to drive successful application deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions across multiple teams. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed on SAP BTP innovations and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of application architecture, standards, and best practices. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP BTP application development. Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development with SAP Build (Low code/No code and extensibility) . Experience with SAP Build Applications using Build App . Proficiency in SAP BTP WorkZone for collaborative development. Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP ABAP Cloud. Experience in BTP Administration. Familiarity with SAP BTP Workflow Development (process automation) and BTP Mobile Application Development. Qualifications: Strong expertise in SAP BTP services and APIs, with the ability to create scalable, secure applications. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
