The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with a wide range of healthcare professionals to enhance the continuum of care for patients and families. Applicants must have a Master's degree in management or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior management role within the healthcare sector. Strong analytical and financial skills are essential, as is the ability to think creatively and strategically. The role requires a proven track record in leading special projects, driving change, and outstanding communication skills. The Executive Director will also be involved in physician recruitment, long-range planning, and must be committed to a culture of continuous improvement.
