The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving strategic financial planning, and aligning financial goals with business strategies. This role involves overseeing the entire financial planning process, from annual budgeting to long-term strategic plans, and providing critical financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making at the executive level. The VP of FP&A will also be involved in forecasting, budgeting, and managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and leading a high-performance team. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' of experience in finance, including a minimum of 5 years' in a senior FP&A leadership position. The role requires a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as experience in international financial analyses. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial and business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and a proven track record of leadership and team management.
