The successful candidate will be a key member of the legal team, providing strategic and practical legal advice to internal business partners. This role is pivotal in supporting the engineering, security, product, and procurement organizations within a high-growth enterprise SaaS technology environment. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements, with a particular emphasis on privacy-related matters, and ensuring compliance with a range of legal and regulatory issues, including GDPR, FTC regulations, OFAC, and HIPAA. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a reputable institution, a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial transactions, procurement, and/or technology agreements, and a strong background in vendor compliance, privacy impact assessments, and DPAs.
