The CXO will be responsible for member services, competition, learning and development, and safeguarding, with a focus on creating and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. This role requires a true end-to-end owner who can take programs and projects from ideation to execution to evaluation, and who is adept at working cross-functionally to ensure the success of these initiatives. The CXO will also be a strategic thinker, aligning long-term goals with the necessary steps to achieve them, and will be expected to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the organization's mission. Applicants for the CXO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in business administration or a related field preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience. A background in general management, non-profit management, product management, or go-to-market management is essential, as is a minimum of 7 years' leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing cross-functional programs, including significant P&L management, and will be skilled in data-driven decision making and performance evaluation. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for sports, with knowledge of rowing being a plus, are also key qualifications for this role.
