The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR disciplines, including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, training, talent acquisition, and diversity. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team to ensure that HR strategies are in line with the overall mission and business objectives. The CHRO will also be tasked with shaping the organization's culture, driving initiatives, and overseeing the alignment of philanthropic programs with the company's values. Key responsibilities of the Chief Human Resources Officer at the company include assessing talent needs, developing integrated talent strategies, and managing performance programs to ensure effectiveness and equity. The role also encompasses providing strategic direction for compensation and benefits programs, as well as the development and implementation of all HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and employment laws. The CHRO will serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors' Compensation Committee, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and supervise the HR, marketing, and philanthropy teams to ensure that all activities are in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
