The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and nurturing relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 partners. This executive role demands a collaborative approach, working closely with marketing, monetization, and product teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the ISP/Telco industry, a proven track record of managing and growing partnerships, and a strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Global Sales include mentoring and developing the sales team, establishing a comprehensive sales strategy, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the partner ecosystem. The role also involves providing market insights, and recommendations to the executive team, and establishing key performance indicators to measure sales effectiveness. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for driving success. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. The position is remote and requires a candidate based in the United States.
