The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive playbook that drives retention and expansion revenue across various customer segments. This includes scaling and structuring the CS team, revising and developing processes, and documenting KPIs to enhance the post-sale customer journey. The role also involves fostering a culture of strong customer relationships and value realization, as well as collaborating with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. Applicants for the SVP of CS role at the company should have 10-15+ years' experience in customer success or client services, with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment, particularly with enterprise customers.
