This role is pivotal in setting the direction for skill promotion and targeted interventions, as well as in developing a product strategy for the program portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing fidelity measures, overseeing a train-the-trainer approach, and codifying youth engagement strategies. Additionally, the VP will be involved in operations, including program and training design, and will play a key role in departmental and organizational leadership, fostering relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring that the program portfolio is aligned with the organization's goals. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in child and youth development, instructional design, training, and change management. The role requires a proven track record in leading effective teams, a strong command of educational pedagogy, and experience in embedding equity into program design and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of K-12 education systems, be adept at talent development, and have the ability to anticipate and address challenges.
