The successful candidate will be a key leader in the budgeting, forecasting, and presentation of the company's financial and business performance. This role is pivotal in supporting the CEO and senior management in making strategic, data-driven decisions. The VP will oversee the annual budgeting process, long-term financial forecasting, and monthly Board reporting, and will be involved in special projects and strategic initiatives. Experience in banking finance and reporting is a must, and knowledge of G/L, FP&A, and BI tools is a plus.
