The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and establishing a comprehensive pricing strategy. The SVP of Sales will be expected to have a deep understanding of the contract manufacturing landscape, preferably in personal care or related industries, and a proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maintaining operational efficiency. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of sales management and leadership experience, particularly in large and smaller, fast-growing business environments. The role requires a candidate with superior customer management skills, adept at negotiation, and a strategic thinker with a results-oriented, data-driven mindset. Experience in consumer packaged goods and make-to-order selling is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment and operate independently to achieve objectives.
