The CRCO will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of compliance areas, including human subjects protections, animal welfare, conflicts of interest, biosafety, research privacy and security, investigational drugs and devices, and export controls. This role demands a strategic and collaborative leader who can ensure the meticulous oversight of all research operations and activities, and who is dedicated to creating a culture of compliance that is supportive and collaborative. The successful candidate will work to optimize research operations, improve compliance, and support infrastructure enhancements, and must be proactive in staying abreast of and anticipating changes in the regulatory landscape to keep the company at the forefront of compliance. The ideal candidate for the CRCO position at the company will be a visible leader, acting as an advisor across the research portfolio and guiding best practices to enhance the institution's research enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a strong regulatory system that will safeguard and promote the company's significant research efforts.
