The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, ensuring the team meets or exceeds annual targets, and optimizing client relationships. This role requires a player/coach approach, with a focus on both overseeing regional performance and directly managing select high-impact accounts. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with fostering a high-performance culture, providing ongoing feedback, and ensuring each team member has the resources needed for success. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region. Candidates for the Regional Vice President, Provider Growth position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales or business development, particularly within the provider space, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, driving regional growth, and strategic account management. An entrepreneurial mindset, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to influence the development of tools and resources to support the regional team's growth efforts are also key qualifications.
