The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, partnering with senior leaders to understand and meet complex hiring needs, and driving recruitment efforts for both large-scale seasonal and niche, high-impact roles. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in process standardization, automation, and data-driven decision-making, as well as expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding. The Vice President will also be instrumental in the implementation and optimization of a new applicant tracking system, and will be expected to build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree and SHRM certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in professional services or business process outsourcing, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing third-party staffing provider relationships, and experience in seasonal and large-scale hiring operations. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both the U.S. and Canada. The role demands a forward-thinking leader who can foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the recruiting team, and who can act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent acquisition best practices.
