The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader with a strong focus on workforce needs and challenges in the delivery of integrated healthcare services. This role is pivotal in developing and leading the strategic direction of talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture to support the company's growth and ensure a high-performing, values-driven environment. Key responsibilities include aligning talent management strategies with business objectives, overseeing all aspects of talent management from recruitment to succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The VP will also be responsible for employee engagement, retention, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Candidates for the Vice President of Talent Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in talent management.
