The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and execution of high-level gatherings that engage key leaders from various sectors, including corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations. This role is integral to the company's unique model of change, and the Managing Director will work closely with the Senior Vice President to shape and deliver a portfolio of institutional signature convenings that align with the company's mission and values. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, content development, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and impact in all convening activities. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in events and program management, with a preference for those with over 5 years' in a management or leadership capacity. The role requires a deep commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence, as well as the ability to manage complex, global partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering innovation, balancing stakeholder needs, and developing talent within their team. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in international work settings and with creative staffing models is a plus. The Managing Director will be expected to travel regularly and must be proficient in MS Office applications, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly.
