The successful candidate will be a key driver of technical excellence, innovation, and the application of consistent engineering policies and practices across the organization's geographies. This role is pivotal in acting as the voice of engineering, leading the development of operational and sales strategy for the engineering organization, and shaping the future of engineering practices. The SVP will be responsible for building a unified engineering organization, establishing strong relationships with sales leaders, and ensuring the continuous improvement of engineering discipline certifications and value propositions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with an MBA highly desired, and at least 12 years' of relevant experience in electrical engineering and infrastructure design for capital projects. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a VP of Engineering in power engineering is required, with a preference for candidates from an OEM background. The role demands advanced proficiency in electrical engineering principles, practices, and design, as well as a strong working knowledge of engineering and electrical construction laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to mentor a team, and a proven track record of strategic leadership in the electrical engineering discipline.
