The successful candidate will be a business-focused HR leader with a proven track record in developing and executing global people and places strategies. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging, and engagement, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a cohesive work environment that supports the company's mission. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable programs for employee engagement, performance, and career development, as well as leading people teams in diverse global settings.
