The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a substantial P&L and leading a large, diverse team across multiple product lines and manufacturing sites. This executive will be tasked with driving both strategic and operational plans, including business development, engineering, and key customer management, with a strong focus on top-line revenue growth and profitability. The role demands a thought leader who can provide key strategies and be an outspoken advocate for the organization, as well as a critical member of the leadership team, ensuring growth through progressive power management solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in the data center or distributed IT segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in front-end customer negotiations, strategic alliances, and partnerships, and experience in various IT distribution and eCommerce channels. The role requires a leader with excellent decision-making skills, the ability to influence and empower teams, and a strong focus on operational excellence. The candidate should be adept at building organizational capability, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and demonstrating emotional intelligence. Experience in a full P&L management role for a business of similar size is essential, as is a background in managing a diverse, global team.
