This includes leading a team that is responsible for revenue cycle management, billing, AR/cash collections, and contract processes. The successful candidate will also be involved in leading and supporting special projects, such as a NetSuite implementation and optimization, and driving continuous improvement within the finance department. As this is a newly created position in a rapidly growing company, the VP of Finance will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and advance within the organization. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong experience in financial operations, process improvement, and ERP is essential, and experience with private equity, M&A, and/or complex multi-state entities is preferred. The role requires a strategic leader who can help with the implementation of large-scale financial strategies and is adept at managing a team to ensure the smooth running of all financial processes.
