The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and program supervision, as well as administrative and budgetary direction to Program Directors. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's services are in compliance with all relevant regulations and are delivered in a manner that is effective, efficient, and in line with the company's mission of providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. The Vice President will also be involved in program planning and development, maintaining data-driven systems, and participating in corporate management activities. Applicants must have a Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or psychology, with a minimum of five years' experience in behavioral health care, including administrative and clinical supervision. The role requires in-depth knowledge of clinical interventions in behavioral health, effective staff management, and the ability to work with diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and accounting skills to manage program budgets, be adept at using Microsoft Office, and have the ability to travel across the five boroughs. Bilingual candidates in Spanish or French creole are preferred. The Vice President will be expected to lead a team of Program Directors, ensure the delivery of rehabilitative tenancy services, and be responsible for the division's KPIs.
