The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader, fluent in Spanish, with a background in education and/or community development. The role also involves policy development, advocacy, and active engagement in shaping programs that benefit the integration and well-being of immigrants and refugees. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of leadership experience, and a proven track record in strategic initiative implementation. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, experience in higher education, and a background in managing within a collective bargaining environment. The Vice President will be a culturally competent leader, capable of building on existing programs to increase educational attainment and economic vitality. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work with a high degree of independence.
