The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an organizational culture that reflects the company's mission and values, with a strong emphasis on DEIA. This role involves serving on the leadership team, setting organization-wide strategy, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the company's talent and recruitment strategies. The VP, People & Culture will also oversee the full suite of people and culture programs, including recruitment, retention, performance management, professional development, and employee engagement. Applicants for the Vice President, People & Culture position at the company should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a mission-driven setting, leading HR strategy and DEIA initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and coaching high-performing, diverse teams, and a collaborative approach to executive leadership.
