The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Family Members and overseeing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). This includes making key financial, staffing, and brand decisions, managing profit and loss, and ensuring the restaurant meets all safety and operational standards. The Operating Partner will also be responsible for attracting and retaining talent, executing operational plans, and building strong customer relationships. Key skills for this role include budgeting, recruiting, coaching, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor law compliance. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for those with 2 or more years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. The role requires the ability to work with managers and the market leader to monitor restaurant performance, maintain safety protocols, and lead the rollout of new initiatives and strategies.
