Account Manager II What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Corporate Payments division and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retention, partner/client satisfaction and issue resolution of the assigned Channel Partner accounts. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of partner/client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services. The Account Manager is assigned a portfolio of Channel Partners and is responsible for understanding and resolving issues with products utilized by the partners. A strong level of technical knowledge is needed for this position along with the ability to travel to client sites as needed. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN * Company-issued equipment * Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: * Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, clients and key personnel * Interacting and collaborating with internal departments to support customer base * Working directly with partners and clients to provide day to day account support, problem resolution, and account research and analysis * Conducting regularly scheduled calls, presentations, training and education, which may include traveling to partner/client locations for on-site discussions * Using customer feedback and internal data for monitoring performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues * Identifying revenue growth potential within the client base * Recognizing partner/client needs in advance, preparing, and presenting solutions to improve and retain relationships * Utilizing multiple systems, including HOST, TELEMAR, and Salesforce for troubleshooting client-raised servicing issues and determining if the issue is a system issue, training issue, or client configuration * Responding to inbound emails and phone calls within specified SLAs * Bank Monitoring of accounts that the credit department has approved based upon conditions of a specified threshold which require the customer's bank account to be monitored daily Qualifications & Skills * 3+ years of progressive experience working within a customer service team with demonstrated problem-solving skills * Account Management or Relationship Management experience preferred * Previous experience managing multiple client relationships * Strong communication and grammar skills are required * Strong interpersonal and customer care skills * Ability to build rapport with partners/clients, including their upper-level management * Detail-oriented with effective planning, organizational, and time management skills * Must be able to work calmly while effectively managing multiple accounts, projects/assignments * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Must be able to work independently with little supervision * Up-to-date technical knowledge, including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook * Up to 20% potential travel may be required Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire * Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) * Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide * Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time * Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) * Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations * Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
