This is a non-union position offering a guaranteed 45-hour workweek, providing stability and consistent income. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role in commercial HVAC construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage crews and resources efficiently. Knowledge of commercial construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Preferred: Local candidates with familiarity with the area.
