Customer Service AssociateHours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmLocation: Lyndhurst, NJCompensation: $20+/hourJob Type: Temporary to HireA company in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. The role requires resolving customer inquiries and suggesting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to gain the trust of our clients. Ultimately, this position will contribute to our reputation as a company that provides exceptional customer support throughout all sales and post-sales processes.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Ability to resolve customer complaints and develop effective solutions.Service existing accounts in a timely matter and establish new accounts.Ability to troubleshootAbility to take a high volume of callsFocus on customer acquisitions and customer retention.Drive business through value-added relationships with customers.Exception work ethic and student mentality.Maintain a great attitude.Results-driven and goal-oriented.Looking for a career-oriented position driven by personal and management growth.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment skills and creativity.Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks. Must ensure all order entry is complete and no missed keys. If missing any information for an order the inside sales rep must take responsibility to gather all information needed.Ability to prioritize daily tasks with a sense of urgency.Customer Service Specialist Requirements:High School diploma or GEDAt least two years of customer service experience.Professional and courteous phone skills.Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Must have the ability to multitask.Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Familiar with Net Suite.Responds quickly to meet customer and sales professional needs and resolve problems.Always provide efficient and courteous service to customers.Manage and coordinate multiple orders while ensuring timely completion.Interested in this position?
