Job Title Prepaid Operations - Account Manager What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Prepaid Operations - Account Manager within our Prepaid Operations division. This position falls under our Comdata line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as the primary client services contact, supporting client retention, satisfaction, and sustaining revenue growth for strategic, key clients. You will report directly to the Manager of Account Management and regularly collaborate with our shared services team to ensure successful delivery of services and client support. How We Work As a Prepaid Operations - Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Assigned workspace in the Brentwood office * Company-issued equipment * Formal, hands-on training * Monthly phone stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: * Managing financial aspects of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. * Leveraging strong Excel skills to perform data analysis, develop reports, and provide actionable insights. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention and growth. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive account success. * Demonstrating leadership by guiding team members and overseeing complex client processes. * Identifying opportunities for client expansion and implementing strategies to promote client satisfaction and revenue growth. * Conducting performance reviews, analyzing client data, and recommending best practices. Qualifications & Skills * Associate or bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3-5 years of financial or account management experience. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with skills extending beyond basic functions. * Demonstrated experience in client management, retention, and growth strategies. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams. * Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred. * Availability for after-hours and weekend support, as required. * Up to 10% travel may be required.
